Dry Etch Workshop - a hit!

The Oxford Instruments Dry etch Workshop, hosted by the University of Leeds, was attended by over 60 academics and industry representitives from across the country. An excellent series of instructional seminars was delivered by experienced process engineers and technical specialists, followed by tours of the Leeds Nanotechnology Cleanroom and wider Bragg Centre for Materials Research....

Research Technical Professional (RTP) network funding

The Leeds Nanotechnology Cleanroom, through it's senior Experimental Officer Dr Mark Rosamond, is proud to be part of a UKRI-funded and RTP-led 'National Technical Platform for Materials Innovation' with the Henry Royce Institute. This scheme will empower the RTP community working in materials and associated manufacturing technology through training, development and professional networking opportunities.

Delivery of new Plasma Etch and Deposition Systems

This week, the Leeds Nanotechnology Cleanroom received four new plasma etch and deposition systems from Oxford Instruments Plasma Technologies.
